This creates resilience, helping us show up with more patience, grace, and strength—for ourselves and our families.
Getting out of survival mode isn’t easy, but with education, support, and guidance, it’s possible. I offer community with group support and courses, and personalized coaching to help you build resilience, master regulation, and truly enjoy motherhood.

Hi! I’m Kaela, I am a Licensed/Board Certified OTA, Doula, Educator, Postpartum Support Specialist, and Mom Coach. With my extensive education in holistic health, wellness, maternal mental health, and more, I excel at helping women navigate the challenges of motherhood. In my work as an Occupational Therapist, I became an expert in regulating the nervous system and child development. Combining these two passions allows me to help mothers in a unique and well-rounded way that truly makes a difference.
